Board of Trustees
The board of Trustees are responsible for overseeing the operation of Go Help. It is a legal requirement that they are all unpaid and receive no benefits whatsoever from Go Help:
Harry Caldecott is a lawyer based in London. He knows nothing about cars but more than a wee bit about the world.
William Dodsworth is a lawyer based in London. He is well travelled and has previously lived in Nepal for 9 months and in Mongolia for a year.
David Griffiths is a lawyer based in New York. He has lived and worked in London, explored several corners of the world by car and by bicycle and bears an uncanny resemblance to the late Turkmenbashi, the eccentric former President of Turkmenistan.
Peter Grogan is a lawyer based in London. He's never been on a rally, but came to the UK from New Zealand and is in charge of all things kiwi.
Charlie Hogg lives and works in London. He took part in the Mongolia Charity Rally in 2008 driving the first Ambulance to Mongolia fully kitted-out with equipment. He won the Rotary Young Citizen of the Year in 2009.
Archie Sanders avoided the law. He is based in Edinburgh and has a taste for slightly daft car trips. Facebook tells him he has visited 18% of the countries in the world. That is not enough. His main claim to fame is having once been on the cover of Horse and Hound.
Sophie Willingale currently works in fundraising and development and is based in the Cotswolds. She is an avid traveler and amongst her trips includes going overland from UK to HK and holidays in Afghanistan. As well as setting up and running Roof of the World Rally, she is particularly focused on Tajikistan development projects.
Ryan Walker is an Automotive Engineer and wild adventurer at heart. As well as driving to Mongolia in an ice cream van, he also set up and runs Roof of the World Rally. In his spare time he dreams of kayaking the Amazon unsupported.
